Fishing Rodeo
Our 2024 Fishing Rodeo was held on April 20th, 2024. The club stocked approximately 200 harvestable trout plus a few trophy size fish for the event. Both trophy fish were harvested! There are still close to 200 trout for our members to get after.
MTFGFA has plenty of fishing opportunities available. In 2022 through 2023 the fishing Pond which is approximately 3/4 of an acre, went through an extensive rehabilitation. Leaks were repaired and a specific eco system was introduced to develop a first class fishing opportunity for our members. Our ecosystem was provided by Zetts and was very similar to this package:
